Beni Suef University Council approves launching an incentive competition called "Innovation in Service of the Community"

The Council of Beni Suef University, chaired by Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of the University, approved the launch of an incentive competition entitled “Innovation in Service of the Community” during its 258th session. This initiative aims to support innovative ideas, stimulate creativity among students and researchers, and enhance the university’s role in community service and environmental development. The session was attended by Major General Abdullah Abdel Aziz, Governor of Beni Suef; Dr. Abu El-Hassan Abdel-Mawgoud, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development; Dr. Hamada Mohamed, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs; deans of faculties; and members of the council.

Dr. Tarek Ali emphasized the university’s commitment to supporting innovators and encouraging ideas and initiatives that contribute to serving the community and addressing developmental issues, in line with the state’s directives to support innovation, entrepreneurship, and achieving sustainable development. He noted that the competition aims to spread a culture of innovation among students and researchers, motivating them to present creative and applicable solutions and ideas that contribute to community development and improve the quality of life. He affirmed the university’s continued commitment to adopting initiatives that support creativity and scientific excellence.
