The Faculty of Mass Communication at Beni Suef University wins two awards at the Media Science Festival for Student Works

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, announced that the Faculty of Mass Communication won two awards at the Media Science Student Projects Festival, held under the auspices of the Arab Producers Union. This achievement reflects the Faculty's commitment to supporting digital and applied media projects and developing students' creative and technical skills, demonstrating the high level of practical training it provides. The award was presented under the supervision of Dr. Hamada Mohamed, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Mamdouh Makawy, Dean of the Faculty, and Dr. Nasreen Hossam El-Din, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs.

Dr. Tarek Ali explained that the college won the festival award for its website, "Salsal," which was developed under the supervision of Dr. Omnia Abdel Rahman, Dr. Israa Abdel Rahman Gomaa, Assistant Lecturer Mai Rabie, and Ms. Fatima Fathi. The website was created by students Zahraa Adel, Aya Samir, Jana Mohamed Roshdy, Dina Montaser, Iman Khaled, Iman Walid, Maram Mohamed, Mirna Magdy, Rahma Ibrahim, Verina Anis, Israa Khaled, Hazem Mo'tamed, Mostafa Ragab, Mohamed Hosny, Menna Allah Safwat, and Raymond Ashraf.

The college also won second place in the marketing campaigns category for its "Box 8" campaign, which was supervised by Dr. Noha El-Telawy, Head of the Public Relations and Advertising Department, Assistant Lecturer Nada El-Deeb, and Mr. Hossam El-Aroush. The campaign was implemented by students Osama Ezzat, Asmaa Ramadan, Rana Emad, Shadwa Amr, Somaya Nageh, Fadia Mohamed, Lujain Talaat, Mahmoud Khalaf, Mariam El-Bayoumy, Mira Magdy, Merna Jan, and Naglaa Mahmoud.

Dr. Tarek Ali emphasized the university's commitment to supporting creative student activities and projects, and to providing a learning environment that combines academic and practical aspects, thus contributing to the development of media professionals capable of competing and excelling in various arenas.

For his part, Dr. Mamdouh Makawy, Dean of the College, expressed his delight at the students' winning these awards, reflecting the college's success in integrating theoretical study with practical application. He affirmed the university's dedication to supporting students in producing innovative media works that keep pace with modern developments in the fields of digital media, public relations, and advertising.
