President of Beni Suef University: State of Emergency Raised at Beni Suef University Hospitals to Face Adverse Weather Conditions

Dr. Tarek Ali, President of Beni Suef University, announced the elevation of the state of emergency and maximum alert at Beni Suef University Hospitals due to adverse weather conditions.

The University President stated that the emergency plan includes raising the level of preparedness in the emergency department, intensive care units, and operating rooms, in addition to supplying hospitals with the necessary medications, equipment, and medical supplies, ensuring the presence of all medical specialties and nursing staff around the clock, and suspending leave for hospital personnel.

He also directed that all medical cases from Beni Suef Governorate and neighboring governorates be received and admitted, whether for inpatient treatment, surgical procedures, or emergency cases, on a 24-hour basis.
