Beni Suef University Council Opens Its Session with Congratulations on the Occasion of Easter and Spring Festivals

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni Suef University, chaired today the 256th session of the University Council, in the presence of Dr. Abu El-Hassan Abdel Mawgoud, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Dr. Hamada Mohamed, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; along with faculty deans and council members.

The University President opened the session by extending his congratulations on the occasion of Easter and the Spring Festivals, expressing his deep appreciation for the values of love and tolerance embodied in these blessed occasions. He emphasized that these celebrations represent an opportunity to strengthen the spirit of brotherhood and national unity among the people of Egypt, and to reinforce the values of cooperation and joint work for the advancement of the nation.

He stressed the importance of promoting a culture of peace and coexistence, noting that the University remains a beacon of knowledge and learning within a framework of mutual respect and commitment to its academic and societal mission.

The Council approved the plan of the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector to hold a series of seminars and workshops during the upcoming month of February, emphasizing the importance of regular seminars and workshops in enhancing interaction between students, faculty members, and external experts. These activities provide valuable opportunities for knowledge exchange and keeping pace with scientific and technological developments across various fields. They also contribute to developing students’ critical thinking and research skills, broadening their professional horizons, encouraging innovation and teamwork, and enhancing graduates’ readiness for the labor market, thereby contributing to building a dynamic and knowledge-driven university community.
