Beni Suef University Approves Holding a Workshop on Membrane Technology and Its Applications in Water Purification

The Beni Suef University Council, chaired by Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of the University, approved during its 256th session today the proposal submitted by the Faculty of Earth Sciences to hold a specialized workshop on membrane technology and its applications in water purification.
The approval was granted in the presence of Dr. Abu El-Hassan Abdel Mawgoud, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Dr. Hamada Mohamed, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; along with faculty deans and council members.
The University President affirmed that organizing this workshop comes within the framework of the University’s commitment to supporting applied research that serves community issues, particularly in the field of water, which represents a national priority. He noted that the workshop will contribute to strengthening cooperation between researchers and relevant entities in the fields of environment and sustainable development.
