Beni-Suef University President: Over 1,000 citizens receive medical examinations at the Faculty of Dentistry during October

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni-Suef University, announced that more than 1,000 citizens have received medical examinations during the current month of October, under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed Fathallah, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry. This initiative comes as part of the faculty’s community and service role within the university’s efforts to provide outstanding medical services to the residents of Beni-Suef Governorate.
The University President explained that medical examinations and necessary tests were carried out for all cases, including panoramic and CT scans, in accordance with precise diagnostic protocols. Patients were referred to the relevant departments within the faculty to complete their treatment stages.
More than 200 cosmetic fillings and 50 surgical operations of various types were performed, in addition to 150 dental prostheses using the latest digital technologies for both fixed and removable dentures. The faculty also treated over 90 root canal cases, 100 cases of gum disease ranging from mild to advanced, and provided dental checkups and treatment for 140 children, along with 30 orthodontic cases.
Dr. Ahmed Fathallah, Dean of the Faculty, added that a large number of patients are treated across multiple departments according to an integrated treatment plan established after thorough examination and diagnosis. This reflects the faculty’s commitment to providing comprehensive medical care in line with the highest quality standards.
