President of Beni-Suef University Chairs Meeting of the University Performance Development Center

Dr. Tarek Ali, Acting President of Beni-Suef University, chaired today the meeting of the University Performance Development Center, in the presence of Dr. Abu El-Hassan Abdel-Mawgoud, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Dr. Hamada Mohamed Mahmoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Abeer Moawad, Director of the Center, along with the Board members.

The meeting discussed the establishment of a Technology Marketing Office to operate under the Center. The session also reviewed the plans of the various offices affiliated with the University Performance Development Center, aimed at strengthening communication with the university community and raising awareness of opportunities supporting scientific research. These included plans for the Office of International Publication and University Awards, the Office of Research Project Support and Funding, the Office of International Cooperation and External Relations, the Office of Scholar Affairs Follow-up, the Office of Consulting and Research-Industry Linkage, the Office of Innovation and Patents Support, and the Office of International Ranking and Sustainable Development.

Additionally, the meeting addressed submitting a request to *Web of Science* to unify the different name variations of Beni-Suef University.
